All these approaches allows you to self-explore and find your own inner resources in order to better manage current and future difficulties. I can support you with on your journey thorough addiction, anxiety, bereavement, depression, stress and vocational counselling.

Hamza N Mahoney

I graduated with a first class honours in BA in Counselling with Addiction, fully accredited with the ACI, pre accredited with the IACP and currently studying MSc in Bereavement and loss. I've travelled and organised charitable, educational, multi-activity and sporting expeditions to over fifty countries.

I have experience working in an addiction treatment centre and other addiction services, where I managed recovery groups, aftercare, and support for families. I've worked alongside multiple Midwest organisations and delivered school-based workshops to create greater awareness of addiction. I volunteer and support individuals who are experiencing grief, stress, and other difficult challenges. I've experienced addiction, a variety of losses, including bankruptcy, disability and losing love ones to cancer.

All of these circumstances have humbled me and taught valuable life lessons including the

importance of gratitude, living in the present, taking care of oneself, family and helping others.
